I am wondering if there is any potential issues in transferring h1b from profit to Non profit? Also, if I plan to switch back to a profit organization in future, will it be a easy transfer? or does it go through the normal pool. Has anyone gone through such a process successfully?

pontevecchio Posted September 12, 2011 Report Posted September 12, 2011 You have been cap counted. hence you are allowed a total of 6 years in H1 status...irrespective of profit or non profit.
