H1 B Transfer and H4 Travel

Hi, I am Working with company A and planning to move to company B very soon.

My questions are:

1. Can I start working with Company B while my H1b transfer is in progress?

2. My spouse H4 is stamped with Company A and she is in India currently. Can my spouse travel while my H1b transfer is in progress with company B?

 I would highly appreciate your response.

Hi there,

I think am in the same boat. Working with Company A and accepted FT offer with Company B, my H1b transfer already filed and received USCIS receipt. Appreciate If someone could please answer my questions as well,

1) Company B, recently filed H1b and H4. My wife already had H4 EAD and will expire in 2019. Not sure If I have to reapply H4 EAD once again.
