H4 Visa / H4 EAD pending approval , can Application resend along with spouse h1b extension packet

Hi,

I have applied for my wifes H4 / H4 EAD application together and it is pending approval ,  I need to apply for my h1b extension can i re-send my wifes h4 / h4 ead application along with my H1B extension again prior to h4 ead approval.
