First time VISA stamping for h1b(Change of status from h4 to h1)

Hi

I am working on h1b from last 4 years and i moved to h1b from h4 as change of status around 4 years back.

I didn't do master here. I work for a direct client.

What is the best place to attend for first time visa for H1b? Can i attend in Canada or any other place other place nearby?

If yes for Canada, which city i can attend? Thank you.

You can attend any consulate in Canada.
