Goldencage Posted September 6, 2017 Report Share Posted September 6, 2017 We need to apply OCI for our Baby. My husbands H1b expires by the end of sep and extension is filed. To apply for OCI the legal status of parents in US is required. And they are nt accepting the current I-797 because they need minimum of 6 months validity. So is it possible to submit anyother Proof for the same. Link to comment
