Region
Hello Last year I was involved in a road accident in India and police filled FIR on me with 304a offence. I have been presented infront of the court. After Trial I was not proved guilty and got acquired from the case. Do I need to say "Yes" or "No" to the question "Have you ever been arrested or convicted for any offence or crime, even though it's a subject of pardon, amnesty or similar action ?" I was not convicted in the case. If I say yes, will L1B visa gets rejected ? Please suggest. Link to comment
pontevecchio
The consequences of being caught lying will be a permanent ban should you wish to take the line of least resistance. I think more and more court related documents are being made available on the Internet ? Link to comment
