aspire_h1b Posted August 25, 2017 Report Posted August 25, 2017 My last H-1B extension was processed Nunc Pro Tunc. I will be going for H-1B Visa Stamping. 1. Do I need to get any document from the company indicating the Nunc Pro Tunc approval of my H-1B Extension? 2. My attorney is telling that my approval notice should be enough to indicate the consulate that USCIS approved my last H-1B extension Nunc Pro Tunc. Is it correct? 3. What documents should I carry for H-1B Visa Stamping? Appreciate your guidance. Thanks.
pontevecchio Posted August 25, 2017 Report Posted August 25, 2017 Your lawyer is right. Carry documents you would normally carry for a H1 visa interview.
