I-140 porting

Hello there,

I have a 140 approved with PD Nov 2012, however, I moved to a new employer where he applied by I-140 last month and it got approved but porting of the old PD not done, even upon request.

How can we proceed to port the old PD of Nov 2012 to this new I-140, please advise.

Did my attorney didn't request at all, how can we know or is there a chance they can re-consider even after the approval now and how do attorneys request them again?

Talk to your lawyer and ask him. It is possible the retention takes place when the PD for the original I-140 is current. Let us know.
