Alexander-2017 Posted August 23, 2017 Report Posted August 23, 2017 Do you have medical/hospital documents? With corporates, you will be always paid even on a medical leave. If you're with a consulting firm, then you better have all supporting documents.

As long as you intend to return to this employer and he provides such documentation, you may be permitted this leave. You should discuss the matter with your employer. If health concerns are not present, you should cover yourself by talking to an Immigration Lawyer.
