Visitor Visa Cancelled/Revoked

Hi,

I'm soon going to be married to someone who has traveled in the past to USA on a visitor Visa to visit an immediate family member. Later applied for a Masters program here and subsequently applied for F1 Visa. The Consular officer denied F1 visa and also Revoked Visitor visa. Would this be an issue for obtaining H4 Visa after we get married.   Any insight from experts or any one who has faced similar situation please reply.
