bucki
So I just read your topic on 8/10 that USCIS is denying form I -131. I have an L1 visa, and after doing our AOS and forms I 765 , I 131 we had to travel abroad. As our L1 visa is valid we knew we could travel. This week, we checked the website and my kids had their I - 131 approved they also travel abroad. My husband had his form I 765 approved and card is being processed, but the form I -131 was denied. I am pretty sure that is because of this new trend mention on the topic of the week on 08/10 is this a reason to have our Green card denied? or is just that we cant leave the country ? we still have our visa valid until 08/2018 thanks!! pontevecchio
They would seem to have resumed previous practice as per the latest in that topic. You should discuss the matter with a lawyer. What is the reason for denial? Is it not a combined card? Link to comment
