what can come up in fingerprinting in a bank job after sealed criminal case

I have an expunged misdemeanor case. My fingerprints are also sealed by the Sheriff's office. My background check has come clear in a hiring process for a bank but now they're going do the fingerprinting, What are the chances of my case appearing in the fingerprinting. I'll highly grateful ifsomeone can respond. Thanks.

It would be unlikely. What was the nature of the misdemeanor?

Hi my case is similar to the above mentioned got job in banking client and they asked for BG, also asked me to provide fingerprints to check with FBI records. 

I was arrested for dui in this year and my case is still pending.

can i get that job?

You have 2 choices.

1. Hope the FP does not get a hit.

2. Tell them now about your DUI Arrest and the result may not be good though piece of mind is priceless.

You do say client. Hence inform your H1 sponsor about the matter ASAP.

I was arrested for driving with a suspended DL in Michigan. The cop took my FP but i posted a bail and was given a court date. I pleaded not guilty and the case was dismissed with a fine. I recently (April 2017) went for FP for a new contract with a Bank in OR. It went fine. Good Luck!
