Jaymin7575 Posted August 15, 2017 Report Posted August 15, 2017 Hello, I am on H1B and in the USA right now. My wife filed I130 (petition for alian relative) in April,2017 which is still pending. Now my wife became US citizen so should I send I485,I765,I693 and I864 with I130 pending notice and certificate of naturalization ? or should I have to wait for I130 to be approved? Also I have called USCIS and informed them that my wife is US citizen so update I130 accordingly. Also sent proof of citizen to USCIS service center.
