SimplyHome
Hello, My H1B was revoked by USCIS through my employer in 2013 due to some issues between me and my employer and now on H4. Can a new employer file my H1B now? Any scenarios a new employer cannot file my H1B? Thank you Link to comment
pontevecchio
You will need to be more specific. Were you ever working in H1 status? Link to comment

pontevecchio
You are entitled to 6 years minus the time you were in H1 status. Link to comment

Currently on H4 Status. So for how long you have worked on H1B? If you have worked for only 1 year, then a new employer can file your H1 cap-exempt and change status from H4 to H1. Link to comment
