GoodFellas Posted August 10, 2017 Report Share Posted August 10, 2017 Hello, on Dec 24,2016 my H1 was denied so i have applied Change of status from H1 to F1 my F1 was approved on Aug/01/2017 but my wifes F2 was pending till yesterday and yesterday evening we got the attached notice from USCIS and our attorney is telling that my wife have ti leave india or apply for MTR. Can someone please guide what i need to do ? Link to comment
