Filing GC in EB1 category from H1B

Hi,

I am in H1B visa which is set to expire in 2018. I am working as manager with masters degree from India . I also have multinational manager experience. I worked 5 years as manager in Australia  and also in India before coming to US with the same company

I want to know if I can file GC in EB1 category ? If yes, then can I file this myself ?

Firstly the company needs to be interested in filing. You may like to discuss your situation with the company and/or a lawyer to get some idea. It is difficult as most people in your situation come over in L1A status before their company sponsors them.
