Disconnected
We are in the process of separation but my wife EAD got current. I am leaving separate since Feb 2017, but my wife still wants to add me in her application as we are still on good terms. We just renewed our apartment lease for another year jointly. But we have different address. Is the lease agreement a valid document to file for joint EAD?. We still have a joint bank A/C but it has my new address. I told her to just file only her EAD application without including me. But she stills wants to add me. Whats the correct process to do it or we cannot do it? Please suggest. Best. Link to comment
pontevecchio
In order to avoid future trouble PLEASE discuss specifics with a Lawyer. You may be separating. But as long as you are married you are entitled to get an EAD and the AOS. Link to comment
directory0818
Stop abusing the gc process. If you are getting separated or already living separately, how you are still claiming the derivative gc? I wonder how many people in usa are doing this nonsense to get gc. Every legal applicant would hate this from happening. Link to comment
