Neda
Hi, my wife's H4 is valid till Jan 2020 but her EAD is expiring in Oct 2017. Recently, I joined a new employer and my H1 is under processing. So my question is 1. Do I need to file for H4 even though here current H4 is still valid till 2020. 2. If no, then can I file for H4 EAD based on my H1 receipt number? Link to comment
