EB1 C manager

Hi

I worked in Germany for over 2 years as a manager with reports under me who have advanced degrees. I have an offer to move to the US with the same employer and still manage the team in Germany. To qualify for EB1C will I need reports in the US or is it sufficient to have reports in Germany while I work in the US as a Manager?

If you worked in an appropriate managerial job for at least one year out of the last three for this company, they can send you in L1A status here and if they wish consider applying for your GC.

Thanks for your reply but my question had to do with if direct reports need to be in the US or can they all be at the foreign site. Also is there a requirement on the number of direct reports?

The law does not impose a specific minimum number of people who must be supervised to qualify for an EB1C Petition.
