However, i have decided not to join the company and told them so. My confusion is i want to know if my H1 goes through will my H4 becomes invalid? It was filed without COS. Link to comment
pontevecchio Posted August 3, 2017 Report Share Posted August 3, 2017 If it was filed for CP and rogues will not cooperate with you then you remain in H4 status and the H1 cap is gone. Link to comment
