SSV NAIDU
Based on recent rule on I-140 approval, I should be able to change employer multiple times beyond 6 years cap. Later decide to re-initiate GC process with any other employer if I want to take advantage of priority dates becomes current to get my GC. My previous priority date will still be valid even my I-140 is revoked by my Employer. And do i need to Initiate my GC from Initial stage? Even my I-140 revoked can i get extension(Beyond 6 years) using that I- 140 copy. Link to comment
pontevecchio
It would seem once the I-140 has been valid for 6 months, subsequent revocation still gives you H1 extensions till the relevant PD is current. PD retention has always been possible. I-140 is not transferable and every time the process starts from PERM onwards. Link to comment
Kishoreg02
Is this rule also applies if I140 was withdrawn before Jan 2017? Can I move to a new company with withdrawn (before Jan 2017) I140? Link to comment
