Delay of my OPT

Hello,

         I have a question that i completed my masters in computer science on april 1st and then i applied my opt .They received my case status on april 21st and  my opt start date was may 22nd. so my problem is still i didnt get my EID card till now.its almost 80 days over so i have 10 more days of grace period  is available rightnow for my opt and I called to uscis the said still under processing.So i am worring about my opt.why it takes too long.if it not approved before 90days what i have to do after 90 days and  what is my status.

                    Can you help me  to out of this situation
