mkishorreddy Posted July 13, 2017 Report Posted July 13, 2017 Hello, can anyone clarify me on below concerns: 1) I am with Employer A - I-140 approved 1 year ago. If i change to company B - they file H1B extension with my approved I-140 and get 3 years. Before 3 years if company B does not apply for GC and for next extension can i use I-140 again? 2) I am with Employer A - I-140 approved 1 year ago. If i change to company B - they file H1B extension with my approved I-140. And again i changed to Employer C with in 6 months.. then can i use same approved I-140 from employeer A to file H1B Transfer?
pontevecchio Posted July 14, 2017 Report Posted July 14, 2017 As long as you have an approved I-140, you can get extensions with any employer. Once extended the extension stands even were the I-140 to be revoked.
