Outside USA, I140 approved.

Hi ,

I had 10 days left (Out of 6 Years) in my H1B VISA when I left US  in June 2016. My  I-140 got approved later (On October 2016). Currently  I'm in India and would like to travel to US. Please let me know the next steps.

Should I proceed  for H1B non cap visa processing? if yes, Please share the fee for normal and premium processing?

PP has been suspended as of now. For your three year extension of H1 based on your approved I-140 the employer as usual has to pay for the H1 extension.

There is no PP, until there is Medical field or some urgency. If your case has urgency or an special matter PP can be done.
