tyui Posted July 1, 2017 Report Posted July 1, 2017 My F1 visa will expire August 2017 but my OPT is good until October 2018. Can I still apply to the H1B in April 2018 with my valid OPT or do I need to get my F1 visa renewed in order to apply for the H1B?
