USStudent Posted June 22, 2017 Report Posted June 22, 2017 My F1 visa, valid until January 2018 has been revoked by the US Consulate in accordance with Section 212(a)(1)(A). I do not have any history of illness. However, I was arrested for DUI in April and my hearing is scheduled for 26th June 2017. My H1 was picked in April and is still under process of approval (not stamped yet). Will my H1 be stalled due to the revocation of my F1? Can I get it stamped if my charges are cleared in the hearing?
