sandeepud
Hi All, One of the employer(US based) has filed my case for H1B in August 2011. I am working currently for an MNC in INDIA. Now my current employer is also willing to file a premium H1B for me. How safe it is to have 2 H1B petitions filed at the same time. Can my current employer continue my processing with the same case number which was filed by another employer and convert it into premium processing. Kindly Help. Link to comment
pontevecchio
You can have a hundred Sponsors file your H1. each sponsor files on his own. Link to comment

ebullientsystems
non cap petition vs new h1b petition which has more chances to get approval Link to comment
pontevecchio
@sandeep Each sponsor files on his own. @ebullient They are both the same and any H1 petition approval depends on the credibility of both parties and the documentation provided. Link to comment
