If it is current, Can I able to consular processing by sitting in India only OR Do I need to file I-485 from USA? Presently I do not have a visa too? Please elaborate the procedure about consular processing in my case. Because I am interested in consular processing of my green card. Thanks & Regards Venkat Link to comment

Belle Posted September 5, 2011 Report Share Posted September 5, 2011 If I-140 was filed for AOS, then I-824 needs to be filed by the employer to notify consulate of your I-140 approval and put you for CP. Why is it URGENT? Link to comment
