Implication of spelling mistake in H1b recipt Notice

Hi Murthy,

This is kind of a attorney suggestion that i am looking from you.

“My H1b Reciept notice has a spelling error in my last name, and when i contacted my attorney about the same. He suggested to wait till the premium processing resumes and will apply for the name correction with a explanation”

Will their be any implications with the approval process, if the name is left uncorrected and the USCIS starts looking into approval of the application.
