Kush009
Hi If I140 has been approved from previous employer (A) for more than 180 days and employer A withdraws it, are we eligible for extensions based on previous approved I140 even if new employer (B) does not file for GC within the approved H1B period(say 3 years)? Also if I140 was approved from employer A, i switch to employer B and get approval for 3 years. Employer B does not file for GC so I switch to employer C, will my previously approved I140 be still valid for approval beyond 6 years? Link to comment
pontevecchio
An interesting question and concept. I am sure there are stops in the new regulation. Otherwise once a person has a I-140 approved he can make use of a lifetime of H1 status. Link to comment
