I had my H1 petition approved on April 17, 2017, but because of some personal reasons, I had to move my start date to May 22 2017. I am still working with my current employer A and plan to do so until May 22,2017 . I have a valid H1 with them and they have not revoked my H1 since they don't yet know that I am leaving. Now I am concerned if my work for employer A is unauthorized since April 17 , 2017. Will this cause any problem for me to join Employer B or during GC process with them at a later stage.Greatly appreciate your advice. Link to comment
