Pradeepm007
Hi AS my old passport expired,my i94 was also expired on Jn 23 2017 and I found that its expired 60 days later. My employer attorney applied for nunc pro tunc in premium processing. but due to some mistake it was sent back to the law firm. and now as the premium processing is suspended. I cant apply in premium. so my attorney is suggesting to go back to india . Get a re stamped the visa and enter back. But I don't know why I shd go for a re stamping as my visa is already valid till dec 2017. any one please advise if that re stamping is required. I'm I'm in 90 days past my I 94 date Link to comment
pontevecchio
He probably is telling you that you overstayed the I94 thus negating the existing visa and having to get a new one. If you are not sure ask him specific questions. In any case you have a genuine reason why this happened. Link to comment
