i-130 filing - spouse living in different state

Hello,

I am on H1, and my fiancee is US citizen.

She lives in different state than i am as she is completing her studies and the semester ends in december.

We are planning to get married this month, but for filing for my i-130, for question no 21 it asks:

21. if filing for you husband/wife, give last address at which you lived together.

What should we put in here, or does that mean we cannot file i130 until we start living together after marriage.

Use your address. You cannot file until you are married. To prevent inordinate delays let a Lawyer do it. There are times to save money and times when not to.
