UKP
I am working for Company A in Canada. I got my H1-B approved and stamped in Nov 2016 from company A but never entered USA on H1-b Status. I got Canadian PR Meanwhile and planning to change Job here in Canada and work for next 2 Year till I get Canadian Passport . My Employer A will revoke my H1-B once I leave them. My Question is 1) After 2 Year Can I file fresh H1-B under Cap-Exempt from a different employer or do I have to go for fresh H1-B Under Lottery in case I want to come back to USA on H1-B after Company A has revoked my H1-B Link to comment
pontevecchio
A question for a lawyer. It would seem the visa stamp would keep your cap count intact. Talk to one. Link to comment
