Travelling while H1 extension but still hold valid H1 visa till Sept 2017

Hi,

       I am planning to go to India next week and would have some concern regarding it. Here is my situation-

H1 Visa  and I-94 valid till Sept 2017

Company already filling H1 extension next week to make sure i can receive my H1 extension on time.

Questions -

1) Is it safe to travel ?

2) Will there be any problem on my new H1 extension?

3) Any problem on H4 extension?

Please suggest-
