H1B transfer to multiple companies

Hi Team,

  I have 140 approved from a company A, now I got laid-off, I have 60 days of time. Two companies are ready to file my h1b one is a consultancy(B) which is filing my premium h1b and the other is a big company(C) filing my h1b normal process, now my questions are: 

1. To file my h1b with company C, which i797 should I use A or B(Consultancy) (remember I never worked with company B)

2. If I work for B company for a week, do I need to tell to company C ?

1. You can use company A I-797.

2. Not necessary.
