New H1b consular processing and travel out of US

Hi, I am currently in the US working on F1 CPT that expires in Sept 2017 and my employer is applying for my H1b with consular processing. Further i have to travel in May/June 2017 for family reasons, Can you please help on these

1. Can I enter US in June 2017 if my H1b is approved/processed 
2. Can I get new H1b visa stamped in late sept/Oct in Canada, do I have to enter that in the application 
3. Can I instead apply for a change of status after rendering US in June 2017

1. Yes. Is your college credible and is the CPT credible? That is the question.

2. It is possible. The CPT may come back to bite you if not appropriate.

3. That means double expenditure by the employer and should he value your services so much, he can try to do so.
