Out of country while Pending AOS

I was on H1 from Yr. 2000-2010 with same employer. 
I Possessed active EAD from 2008-2012 
I went back to India with my active EAD, AP in Nov 2010. 
Worked in India until May 2014. 
My EAD, AP got expired while I was in India. 
Came back to US on L1 visa in May 2014. 
Once came back, Re-Applied and got my EAD and AP based on Pending I-485. 
Quit the L1 employer in Nov 2016. 
Started working on EAD since then... 

In summary, I did not possess Active EAD/Visa when I was out of US and working in India between Nov 2010- May 2014. 
However, my 485 is still pending. 

My PD is Mar 24, 2005, may get RFE soon... 

If asked in RFE for EADs/797s/continuous employment since 485 applied, Will this gap of 3.5 years when I was out of US impact?

Are you saying you refiled AOS with AP/EAD?  when you returned in 2014.
