apkesh
Hello, The american company that I work for was kind enough in paying my H1B to my PERM. However, to go any further than PERM, they have a policy of not cover the cost for employees. I contacted my company's legal team and their cost of taking us from I-140 to GC was over $10,000 for a family of 5 (mom, dad and 3 kids under the age of 12). Furthermore, we are Canadian citizens and I was born in Sri Lanka if that makes a difference. Can someone share what sort of fees we should expect to pay? Also, if you have a list of attorneys you recommend, that would be greatly appreciated. Link to comment
pontevecchio
Firstly you are on the site of a Lawyer. Secondly EB2 for Ceylon born people is current. It would really be much easier to go with the flow instead of looking elsewhere for a lawyer. Link to comment

I am just trying to get a rough idea of the rates between Corp legal and elsewhere.. Link to comment
