can i change employer with my I 140 approved and at then end of 6 year term

hello team.

my current situation :

i am done with my 6 years and i got my I-140 approved with my current employer and extension for more 3 years.

and my client wants to acquire me for full time. 

questions :

can i change employer now at the end of 6 years term with 1-140 approved to another employer ?

is it legal and my client wants to go for green card processing again. can i change my employer if i have a valid 3 year extension. ?
