Hari Kishore
Hello, My question is Can an F1-OPT student do two full-time jobs with out the other employer knowledge. Please respond to this question. Because currently I have a job which has almost nothing to do in the normal business hours, so I got an other full-time opportunity with an other employer. Can I do both jobs legally with out both of my employers knowing I am doing two jobs. Do I need to update anything legally like in W4 forms, regarding my work on multiple jobs when I take the new opportunity. My new employer will not legally agree if he know I am working on second job. Hence I thought of asking to see if there is anything to do about it. Thanks in Advance Link to comment
pontevecchio
Run this scenario by your DSO. Link to comment
JoeF
Employment contracts generally prohibit moonlighting without approval by the employer. You could get fired for cause by both employers. Link to comment
