Is there anything called Suspending H1B, i.e. denying the transfer to new employer and as well as cancelling the current H1B with old employer? 3. Let’s say H1B transfer is approved without I-94, Can still work for old employer? I know I can only work for new employer after the re-entry to USA with some valid stamping. Link to comment
