H1-B transfer with out travelling on H1 visa

I got H1B visa stamped in march 2016 from company A,never used it and did not travel on H1B visa.

company B willing to transfer H1-B after arrival to USA immediately with out pay stubs.

kindly let me can I trust Them and it is possible with out pay slips as I never used it.

I have worked on USA on F1 visa 3 yrs back

If you are not intending to work for company A, you can NOT come to the US on that H1. It would be immigration fraud.

A company that wants you to break the law is shady beyond belief. Stay away from them. They are frauds.

If B will not file a non cap H1 petition for you and get it approved first, stay away from idiots. If B gets a H1 petition approved for you, then use the existing visa to return.  Report B to USCIS.
