reach.raj
Hello Have a question regarding H1B for 2017, We have been applied for H1B last year (2016) and it got picked in the lottery, but for some reason it got rejected, Now, this year we are planning to apply for H1B again. The question is, can we use the last year H1B application number to file this year? ( Some one has suggested that, if we do so, we need not to go thru lottery process again). is this a true story? rohang
if it got rejected, then it is highly unlikely you will be able to use it. Link to comment
