Visitor Visa for my brother-in-law family

My wife wants to bring her brother and family( wife 2 kids) during their summer vacation for a month. He has a business and own a home.

1. What is the possibility of getting visa for all 4?

2. Is there a better possibility if only BIL and one son go?

3. We have GC and can sponsor for their trip. Or they need show income?

The premise is that they want to visit the USA for a few weeks. They should have no problems if they specify say 6 weeks during the children's summer vacation and apply on their own after reading the instructions. Basically no agents or coaching and they will be fine.

The Interview takes a few minutes or less and they do not want to look at any documents.
