I have already applied for my GC in EB1C category in last year and not included my spouse although he was with me in US cause he had some litigation / legal issues at India and we were apprehensive . Now when he is free of all the legal cases can I add my spouse in my GC processing. Kindly note that I have already recd my EAD and Advanced Parole but my 140 is not yet approved and 485 is still pending too. Link to comment

JoeF Posted January 25, 2017 Report Share Posted January 25, 2017 A spouse is not added to anything. If your PD is current, your spouse can file an I-485 and EAD/AP as your dependent, based on your I-140. Link to comment
