No Name Given for First Name on Extension Approval

My spouse name as per passport doesn't have Last Name, hence during our initial visa FNU was her First Name and Actual Name her Last Name. And i just got my extension approved and can find 'No Name Given' is given for her First Name even though i had 'FNU' in my application.

Please advise, on how to fill DS160? ie., FNU or No Name Given. As her ITIN and other records are as per previous visa with FNU and will there be any issues going for stamping?

No issues. Just fill it as FNU.
