chandu084us
Hi, Will there be any issue if the employer pays less than the amount listed on LCA. Employer had amount "X" on the LCA and right now I am being paid "lees than X", it was mistake from employers end and my end for not verifying it last year. My H-1 B is about to be renewed in April, will there be any issue while renewing or if I go for Visa stamping as my 2016 W-2 shows less than whats promised on LCA. Thanks in Advance!!!!! rohang
Big issue, rectify this issue by asking for difference. It is illegal, you employer will get into trouble for this. And for surely your extension is in danger. Link to comment
shekar11#
That is a very big mistake. Will be very costly for you, forget about the employer. Be prepared for RFE's during extension and 221G during stamping. Link to comment
