ChicagoTechie Posted January 18, 2017 Report Share Posted January 18, 2017 I am terminated today - 17th Jan 2017 and I am sure my present company (a start up where I worked full time) would revoke my h1b visa in the next few days. I know I may not get a job in the next two weeks. According to the new rule by USCIS (starting 17th Jan 2017) where we can get up to 60 days to get another employment - do you think I can transfer my H1 without any problem even after my H1 gets revoked and I get out of status?
