Before my travel if a new employer files H1b transfer and it is approved and before my travel if I go not get the I797 copies can I still fly and come back using my old employer's I797 Copy ? While coming back at port of entry will I have any question as why a new employer has filed h1b transfer during the period. Kindly suggest. Link to comment
